Key Focus Areas:

Financial
Operations

Financial Operations handles the set-up, reporting, and payment of contractual deliverables within our client contracts. They work with several key business partners to operationalize these contacts, and ensure liabilities are captured with our accounting team. In addition, they work to help our clients and internal partners understand and analyze payments and reporting as needed.

Actuary

The Cigna Group’s actuarial teams enable the business’ strategic goals through partnership, influence, and the development and deployment of actuarially-sound tools and models. They are responsible for the end-to-end development and submission of compliant bids for all markets in which The Cigna Group participates.

Financial
Analyst

Our financial analysts are responsible for working with internal business partners to identify financial risks and opportunities, review critical issues that impact financial results, and recommend adjustments to financial plans. They also develop multiyear growth strategies, as well as evaluate and implement new business opportunities that further the organization’s operational and strategic development.

Enrollment and Billing

Our enrollment and billing teams exercise thorough claims review to ensure billing accuracy and payment collection on outstanding claims. They also coordinate with insurance companies and collection agencies as well as providers, to ensure proper documentation to maximize reimbursement for healthcare services..
