The Analytics Leadership Development Program (ALDP) is an early-career program designed for graduate talent passionate about using data, analytics, and AI to make a meaningful impact in healthcare. Through hands-on, real-world experience, participants develop the technical and analytical capabilities needed to solve complex business challenges and drive data-informed decisions.

The ALDP builds the next generation of analytics leaders, combining deep technical expertise with strong analytical judgment and a purpose-driven mindset to improve outcomes at scale.

Internship:

The ALDP internship provides hands-on experience for students to apply data, analytics, and AI to real healthcare challenges over the course of 10 weeks. Interns work on meaningful projects, collaborate with teams, and gain exposure to how data drives business decisions—building a strong foundation for a career in analytics.

Full-time:

The full-time ALDP program offers graduate candidates a structured, rotational experience to launch their analytics careers. Through 18-month rotations, associates build core skills in data, analytics, and AI while working across business areas. In each role, they contribute to real, AI-enabled healthcare work—translating data into insights that drive impact.

Applications for both the ALDP internship and full‑time program are typically open from September through November, aligning with the graduate academic calendar.

ALDP internships are based in Bloomfield, CT

Full‑time roles are located in:
Bloomfield, CT
Raleigh, NC
Morris Plains, NJ

The ALDP internship is a 12‑week experience that offers hands‑on exposure to applying analytics to real business challenges. The full‑time program spans 4–5 years with 12–18-month rotations. Across both experiences, participants grow through meaningful projects, increased responsibility, and structured development.

The ALDP is a strong fit for graduate-level technologists and analysts who are passionate about applying data, analytics, and AI to solve complex healthcare and business challenges.

Ideal candidates are curious, collaborative, and driven to turn data into actionable insights, with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and contribute to real, AI-enabled solutions. They are comfortable working with technical tools and datasets, engaging with cross-functional partners, and communicating findings clearly to support data-driven decision-making.
