We believe that data and analytics are the keys to solving the biggest problems in health care. That’s why we’re investing in the Analytics Leadership Development Program (ALDP), aimed at developing future analytics and data science leaders for The Cigna Group and our divisions. We’re committed to hiring and developing the next generation of leaders who will combine their advanced technical skills with the business acumen, communication, and strategy necessary to tackle huge societal challenges.

Through the full-time and internship ALDP, associates will drive high-priority analytics and data science projects that create meaningful value for our customers and clients.  Members will also receive training and development, gain exposure to senior leaders, and build deep insight into one or more of our lines of business.

Upon graduation, program members will have gained exposure to multiple lines of business, explored a variety of analytical areas, and developed core competencies around leadership, communication, and business acumen.

Over the course of 10 weeks, interns will be assigned a real business problem to solve that challenges their analytical and technical skills while helping them build industry knowledge. Their work will also allow them to make direct contributions to our mission and company goals.

In addition, interns will build relationships within the analytics and data science community and participate in a speaker series to gain exposure to senior business and analytics leaders.

The internship will be located in Philadelphia, PA (relocation and housing will be provided).
