Community Engagement

Here you’ll be connected by purpose and be part of a community that cares. From local nonprofit causes to relief efforts for communities devastated by natural and
man-made disasters, as well as wider movements, such as working toward becoming carbon neutral by 2040.

Our Community Ambassador Fellowship program has provided 50+ employees the opportunity to partner with nonprofits in their communities. And with the “Use Your 8” program, you can take 8 hours of paid time off in a calendar year to volunteer with a nonprofit of your choice. For the Community Service Champions program, if you log 25 hours of volunteerism served with one nonprofit in a calendar year, that organization will receive a $250 grant from The Cigna Group Foundation.

Remote, Hybrid and On-Site Work Arrangements

We have several remote work opportunities available throughout the organization which allow employees to work remotely 100% of the time.

We also have positions categorized as hybrid, which benefit from more face-to-face collaboration, connectivity, and cross-enterprise integration. While there are many different ways these positions are treated, all require the majority of employees’ time spent working in person with the remainder spent working remotely.

A small percentage of our positions are on site which require the employee to work at a designated company location 100% of the time.

If you are unsure what the position you are considering is categorized as, carefully review the job description, and talk with your recruiter or hiring manager about the expectations for the role.
