"As an MCLDP associate, I completed three demanding and high-profile roles in core functional areas of the Government and Solutions segment. In these rotations, I was able to learn and explore different areas of the business, which allowed me to find my passion for Operations. In addition to the experiences gained from each rotation, a major benefit of the MCLDP is the opportunity it grants associates to create a robust network. This stems from the high exposure to executives, monthly roundtables with leaders, and company-wide events. Other pillars of the program include the extensive mentorship, guidance, and support throughout the two years as an associate and beyond graduation of the program. My experience in the MCLDP equipped me with the skills and knowledge to excel in my career in the managed care industry.”
