"My first rotation in the OLDP as a Data Enablement Lead Analyst has given me the opportunity to learn new technical skills in coding and data visualization, as well as provided me with in depth knowledge of how we handle calls in our Contact Center. Prior to starting my role, I had no experience with coding, but my manager and team continuously take the time to teach and support me throughout my learning journey. During this rotation I’ve also had the opportunity to partner with members of our finance and workforce planning departments, giving me a diverse perspective of Operations."
