What difference will you make?

The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is a multi-year rotational program designed to develop early-career talent into strong, well-rounded operations leaders. Through two immersive rotations across key operations areas, participants build functional expertise, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of how the business operates.

The OLDP creates a reliable pipeline of future leaders who are equipped to drive operational excellence, lead teams, and deliver meaningful outcomes for the enterprise. By investing early in talent development, the program strengthens both individual growth and long-term organizational success.
